Behind a large discreet gate, nestled in a peaceful district of La Rochelle, Villa Roland Garros reveals itself as a hidden treasure. From the moment you enter, the charm operates. With the car parked, you take a wide alley lined with hundred-year-old trees, where streams and ponds line the path. As you advance, the lush vegetation envelops the place in a serene, almost timeless atmosphere.

Then she shows up. Majestic, bathed in light, the villa dominates this enchanting setting. At its feet, a stream meanders gently, passing under the house, while a pond, strewn with reflections, invites contemplation. Here, every corner of the garden is an invitation to get lost, to sit in the shade of a tree or around a table in the open air.

On the left, a large swimming pool extends, offering a breathtaking view of the park. The terrace that surrounds it becomes the heart of summer days, where family meals are shared, lulled by the murmur of water and the song of birds.
