Renovated in 2016, every detail of this house was carefully selected for its aesthetics and quality. Three master bedrooms and two extra beds make up the sleeping area, while outside, a private balcony adjoins the lush garden. The interior, a true homage to art, is punctuated by paintings and objets d'art that blend into the bucolic setting, creating an environment that is both enchanting and inspiring. Tenants also have access to the tree-lined garden, inviting contemplation. Nestled in the heart of La Rochelle, this address is a haven of tranquility and culture, with the option of enjoying a homemade breakfast, to start the day with a gourmet touch.
At the 1st level:
An open-plan living space with a lounge, a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. In the lounge, there is a 120 cm extra bed.

On the 2nd level:
2 bedrooms adjoining a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
The master suite features a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a 75cm extra bed in this same room.
The apartment can also be combined with the other apartment, as well as the Eden Ouest guest rooms located in the same building complex.
