A true balcony overlooking the city, it has two windows opening directly onto the port, offering you a magnificent general view and a privileged panorama of the iconic towers of La Rochelle.
For your nights, the layout has been designed for everyone's comfort. The spacious room accommodates a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190), perfect for a couple with a child.
In the living room, a convertible sofa (138x190) allows two additional travelers to be accommodated in a warm atmosphere.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The accommodation is fully equipped to guarantee you total autonomy.
You will have a bathroom with plumbing and fixtures in good condition, including a recently installed toilet. The kitchen is ready for your culinary talents with an oven, microwave, and a classic filter coffee maker for waking up to a view of the harbor. For longer stays, a washing machine is also available.
You'll also stay connected thanks to the included Wi-Fi. Please note that pets are not allowed.

The district is the beating heart of La Rochelle, where the history of the towers meets the lively atmosphere of restaurant terraces and local events. Everything is within walking distance, whether for a stroll along the quays or to embark for Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, or Île d'Aix. The atmosphere is maritime, festive, and authentic.
From the SNCF train station: On foot (most recommended): The journey takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Upon exiting the station, follow Avenue du Général de Gaulle straight ahead; it will lead you directly to Quai Valin, then to Cours des Dames, which borders the Old Port.
By Bus (Yélo Network): Several lines make the connection in less than 10 minutes.
