Located on the ground floor of a very quiet building, this 20 m² apartment offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to the vibrant atmosphere of La Rochelle. Its prime location allows you to reach the city center and the Old Port in just a 15-minute walk.
The living space has been optimized for your comfort and transforms into a welcoming sleeping area thanks to a quality convertible sofa, perfect for accommodating 2 travelers.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
For your comfort, you will have a functional bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for gentle mornings. A fan is also available for cooler days.
Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi. Furthermore, pets are not allowed, and we kindly ask that you refrain from using bleach for cleaning.

To facilitate your arrival and travel, private parking is available. Your parking space is number 13, with an entrance located on Rue Berlioz.
