Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a 140x190 double bed;
- a bathroom with bathtub;
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hobs);
- a living room area with a 140x190 convertible sofa;
- a veranda with dining table and chairs;
- a large terrace of approximately 23 m² with a lovely view.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
These equipments will be at your disposal: Television, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee Machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. If you need it, we can provide you with a baby cot.
There is also the possibility of parking bicycles in a secure garage, accessible with a key.
You will be staying close to the Minimes Beach in La Rochelle.
Local shops (restaurant, bar, and supermarket) are located right across the street from the apartment, as well as free parking. A bakery is just a short walk away, very close to the beach.
La Rochelle city center is about a 30-minute walk along the harbor (several restaurants along the way). Buses are also available nearby, as well as a sea bus for easy access to the heart of the city.
Every Monday morning, there is a market in the parking lot opposite the apartment (be careful, when parking, you have to remember to move your car).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

International trade has fostered a unique architectural blend, subject to various influences from across the seas. Not far from the shore, the islands of Ré, Oléron, and Aix form a natural barrier preventing the ocean swell from disturbing the calm of the ancient city. Initially a fishing village founded in the 10th century, it only took two millennia to become a major port. Its dominance in maritime trade lasted until the 15th century. But its rebellious spirit was not to the King's liking, and it succumbed to the siege of Richelieu in the 16th century. Despite its lost independence, La Rochelle has continued its economic growth over the centuries, right up to the present day, thanks to its proximity to the ocean, which remains at the center of maritime trade.
