It is on the 2nd floor, duplex and consists of a living room with a balcony equipped with garden furniture, a sofa, an equipped kitchen area, upstairs (staircase in Chinese steps), two bedrooms with a bed two places in each of them (one a little lower because of the structure of a convertible sofa), access to the 2nd balcony of one of the bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC. Come and enjoy the sun around the pool!! The advantages of this seaside rental: Secure residence, with swimming pool July/August subject to climatic and sanitary conditions, underground parking, close to the marina, double balconies.
